- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup crema or sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
