Ingredients

- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Topping:
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or greasing it lightly.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add wet ingredients: Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Combine ingredients: Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Spread in pan: Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
