Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Cookie Dough:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cheesecake Filling: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Scoop into teaspoon-sized balls, freeze for 30 minutes.
- Cookie Dough: Preheat oven. Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients, fold in chocolate chips. Flatten dough, place cheesecake ball, cover with dough, seal, and roll into a ball. Repeat. Bake cookies and cool on a wire rack.
