Description

Marinade:

  • 2 pounds flank or skirt steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  2. Grill the Steak: Preheat grill over medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade, grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side for desired doneness. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
