Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, lemon juice, cayenne pepper (if using), and salt. Let the sauce simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, to let the flavors blend.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm over seafood, chicken, vegetables, or rice.
