  • 2 teaspoons light olive oil

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (more to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken (approximately 3/4 pounds)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions (about 3 green onions)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F to prepare for baking the flatbreads.
  2. Prepare Flatbreads: Place flatbreads on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan, lightly brush the edges with light olive oil, and bake for 5 minutes until warmed through and slightly crisp around the edges.
  3. Add Sauce and Toppings: Spread buffalo wing sauce evenly over both flatbreads. Top with the diced cooked chicken followed by shredded mozzarella cheese. Drizzle blue cheese dressing over the top evenly.
  4. Bake to Melt: Return the flatbreads to the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are lightly browned and the cheese is melted and bubbly. For an extra golden top, broil on high for 1 to 2 minutes—but watch carefully to avoid burning.
