Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel to ensure they cook evenly and have no excess moisture.
- Mix the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir well and set aside for later use.
- Heat the Oil: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the hot skillet and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
