  • 8 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta

Shrimp:

  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Garnish:

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water, adding broccoli in the last 2–3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Shrimp: Sauté shrimp in olive oil until pink; set aside.

  4. Combine: Toss drained pasta, broccoli, shrimp, and sauce together.
