Description

These BBQ Pineapple Chicken Kabobs are a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors, with juicy chicken, fresh pineapple, and colorful bell peppers grilled to perfection. They are easy to make and great for summer grilling.

  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice

Kabobs:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
  • Wooden or metal skewers


Instructions
