These Basic Cauliflower Fritters are a crispy and flavorful snack or appetizer that’s easy to make. Packed with cauliflower and savory Parmesan, they are perfect for a vegetarian crowd.

Main Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
For Frying:

Instructions
- Prepare Cauliflower: Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until fork-tender, about 8–10 minutes. Drain well and let cool slightly.
- Mix Ingredients: Transfer cauliflower to a large bowl and mash. Add eggs, flour, Parmesan, green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
- Fry Fritters: Heat oil in a skillet. Scoop mixture into pan, flatten, and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain and Serve: Transfer fritters to a paper towel–lined plate. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
- You can use gluten-free flour to make these fritters gluten-free.
- For extra crispiness, lightly dust the fritters with flour before frying.
- Leftovers reheat well in a toaster oven or air fryer.
