These Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are a delicious and spicy take on grilled chicken, perfect for a quick and flavorful dinner. Tender chicken pieces are coated in a flavorful seasoning, grilled to perfection, and then smothered in a creamy and spicy Bang Bang sauce.

For the Chicken:
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if grilling)
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to heat preference)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Thread the chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all the Bang Bang sauce ingredients until smooth; set aside.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat and brush generously with the Bang Bang sauce, or serve the sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- You can bake the skewers in a 400°F oven for 15–18 minutes if you don’t have a grill.
- Bang Bang sauce also works great as a dipping sauce for vegetables or shrimp.
