Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, beat together sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs until smooth. Add mashed bananas and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients, fold in walnuts and white chocolate chips.
