Chicken Wings:

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 Scotch bonnet or habanero pepper, minced (optional for heat)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Prepare the wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
- Make the marinade: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, brown sugar, allspice, paprika, cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, minced pepper (if using), soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate: Pour the marinade over the wings, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Bake: Arrange wings on the baking sheet, bake for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
