- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additions:
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 4 large lettuce leaves or whole wheat wraps
- Sliced tomatoes and baby spinach for layering (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the Avocado Mixture: In a large bowl, mash the avocado with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Add Chicken and Vegetables: Add the cooked chicken, red onion, celery, and cilantro. Stir until well combined and coated in the avocado mixture.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
