These Apple Crisp Bites are a delightful mini dessert perfect for fall. With a sweet apple filling and a crispy oat topping, these bites are sure to be a hit at any gathering.

For the Apple Filling:
- 2 cups finely chopped apples (peeled and cored)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
For the Oat Topping:
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Additional:
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Prepare Apple Filling: In a bowl, toss chopped apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Set aside.
- Make Oat Topping: In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Assemble Bites: Spoon oat mixture into each muffin cup, press down to form crust. Add apple mixture and sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- These can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Serve with whipped cream or caramel for an extra treat.
