Wilton Course 1, Class 3
For class 3, we made the fabulous clown cake. I went with a chocolate cake/chocolate buttercream frosting combination. Notice the smooth surface of the cake. I used the spray bottle technique from my blog to smooth the sides. The clowns and details are made with regular vanilla buttercream.
