this recipe is for all of you cake divas that are 21 and older. Yummy!!
4 sticks of unsalted butter (softened)
22 ounces of white chocolate chips (Ghirardelli tastes wonderful)
2 cups of powdered sugar (sifted)
Baileys Irish Cream (start with 1 tablespoon and add to your taste)
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler (you can use the microwave too). Remember to keep stirring the chocolate so that it does not burn. Once the chocolate is all melted, remove from heat and allow it to cool for a minute or two. Combine melted chocolate and butter with a stand mixer on medium speed until smooth. Slowly add powdered sugar until smooth. One the butter, chocolate and powered sugar are completely combined, start adding your Baileys. **This recipe makes enough to cover an 8×3 inch
**Special Notes**
-This recipe makes enough to cover an 8×3 inch round cake
-You can also substitute Frangelico for the Baileys
