For this class, we were able to chose what to do. I went with a yellow cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. I topped the cake with yellow roses and accented it with a white dots and a white border. We’ll cover how to properly ice a cake in the future but as you can see from this pic, my icing was too thin in between the layers. That is why you see somewhat of a ripple on the sides of the cake. Oops!!
